After a weak start in the league Bełchatów were counting on the first set of points this season in Sosnowiec. Coach Rafał Ulatowski decided to change the setting of his team and GKS played in a 4-4-2 system, instead of a 4-5-1, which did not bring any benefits in the first two rounds.

The guests started in a better position at the match played in at Stadion Ludowy in Sosnowiec.  In the first ten minutes of the game, they had two good opportunities, both of which fell through. Then Wisła started to take the upper hand. Kirm himself lost another opportunity, but in the 27 minute, Arkadiusz Głowacki took advantage of the penalty kick. Just a few moments prior, Wróbel was given a red card for knocking the ball out with his hand. When you add the goal by Paweł Brożek, scored two minutes later to this, after thirty minutes it was safe to say that Wisła would not be harmed in any way in the game.

Wisła, did not, however, organise a shooting festival. In the second half of the game, Sapela removed the ball from his goal only one - after the goal scored by Marcelo. After this win, Wisła is the only team that has a full set of points after three rounds.
