Wisła scored the first point this spring but nothing but the point. In this season, Biała Gwiazda did not manage to strike any goal. A tie in Białystok is not a bad result, yet the expectations before the match were much bigger.

In the first minutes of the game, Wisła strongly pressed Jagiellonia. The ball frequently landed on the penalty field of the hosts, yet without much success. The visiting team was not successful enough to create a 100% opportunity for the score. After a quarter, the match stabilized. "Jaga” attempted to reach the goal of Mariusz Pawełek passing the ball straight to two forwards, i.e. Grosicki and Frankowski.

After the game was resumed in the second half, Grosicki attempted an individual attack, yet missed the goal. In 56. minute, Pawełek miraculously saved Biała Gwiazda from losing the game. Frankowski passed the corner shot to one of his colleagues and Cionek was striking from the close distance. Wisz, the goalkeeper, managed to push the ball over the crossbar. A moment later, the ball hit it and Pawełek had to hit push it away with the overhead kick. Although, the ball finally reached the goal in 60. minute, the referee rightly whistled the offside.

Wisła resisted the attack and after  the 60. minutes even managed to regain the control on the turf. It is only a pity that although their actions were good, the finishing was poor. Biała Gwiazda was closest to striking the goal in 85. minute when after the free kick, Jirsak hit the post from 16 metres.
