Tavria Simferopol conquered
Data publikacji: 25-01-2010 20:42In its second match at the training camp in Antalya, Wisła conquered Tavria Simferopol 3:0. The goals for the White Star were scored by Jirsak, Marcelo and Łobodziński.

Wisła had the advantage from the beginning of the match, had more possession of the ball, and with time began to create following opportunities. There should have been a goal at the 24th minute, when after a pass to Łobodziński Kirm was perfectly placed in the penalty area, but he only hit the post. The White Star confirmed its advantage in the 33rd minute. Tomas Jirsak put the ball in the net with a precision shot from a free kick. After a while Wisła increased the lead, and Jirsak this time created the chance. The Czech passed the ball from a throw in from the right side of the pitch, and Marcelo showed that he had not forgotten how to score a goal and made it 2:0.
The Wisła advantage was so great in the first part of the match that Tavria created virtually no decent chances for itself.
For the second half Tavria came out with 10 new players on the field. Only the goalkeeper was unchanged. Before this team managed to acclimatise itself to the pitch, it was already 3:0. Krzysztof Mączyński on the right wing passed a perfect ball, and Wojciech Łobodziński did not waste his position opposite the Ukrainian goalkeeper. It was a pity that Wisła did not exploit following opportunities, which it had after counter attacks in second half. The White Star might have tempted itself with even more goals. On the other hand Filip Kurto and Łukasz Jarosiński, and also the Wisła defenders had the chance to show what they can do.
