In the last two seasons, Wisła Kraków tied in the champion's league matches with GKS in Bełchatów. Already after two minutes of the first half, it seemed that the third time there will be no tie but a defeat. After 120 seconds of the game, the hosts were in the lead scoring 1:0. The left wing Maciej Małkowski passed the ball towards the goal to Dawid Nowak who defeated Mariusz Pawełek with the head shot.

Having lost the goal, Wisła did not improve. The game was chaotic. The players often made unprovoked mistakes receiving the ball or losing it in easy situations.

In the latter part of the meeting, coach Skorża moved Rafał Boguski as the forward. Biała Gwiazda started the second half more vigorously although in the 52. Minute, Mariusz Ujek after commotion in the penalty field of Wisła shot the ball past the post of the empty goal of Biała Gwiazda. A moment later, Marcelo almost evened the score but Łukasz Sapela defeated the goal pushing the ball above the crossbar with his head. Georgi Hristov tried to drive the ball in, but instead he sent the ball over the goal. A few minutes later, after Kirm's free kick Sapela parried the ball sending it to hit the post but Junior Diaz who caught and kicked the ball carelessly failing to put it into the empty goal. The result of the match did not change and Wisła had to come to terms with the bitterness of the defeat. Nevertheless, it is still the leader of the group.
