The game against Zagłębie Lubin started with an excellent opportunity for Wisła. Piotr Brożek made a perfect pass to Patryk Małecki in the first minute of the match, the ball went to Kirma in the penalty field, who missed the post by inches. Małecki created another goal-scoring opportunity, and the ball passed the goal line in the 20th minute of the first half. Marcelo headed the ball to Boguski, who made a fine bicycle kick, but the referee ordered an offside. All is not lost that is delayed. In the 32nd minute, Piotr Brożek crossed the ball from a free kick, and Marcelo was ready to hammer the ball in. In the first half, Wisła made another two excellent opportunites - Aleksander Ptak once made a clearance, and then the ball missed the post by inches.

At the beginning of the second half, there was a lot of hassle and only few goal-scorring opportunities. The footballers from Zagłębie Lubin counter-attacked and attempted to get the first goal in set pieces. They lost their change to score an equalizer, Hanzel’s shot was defended by Ilie Cebanu. The Moldavian player also instinctively defended a powerful shot by Błąd. In the very end of the game, Wisła had another opportunity for a second goal, but Aleksander Ptak stopped the ball sent by Ćwielong.
