Maciej Skorża has been the first coach of Wisła Kraków since 14 June 2007. For over two years of working with the team, he won two Polish Champion titles and was the finalist of the Polish Championship.

The authorities of the Club emphasise that the decision was made in connection with the current condition of the team, which is clearly having a period of worse results. The measures undertaken so far aimed to improve the situation proved ineffective and thus the decision to resort to other measures.

The Supervisory and Management Boards of the Club thank coach Skorża for all his accomplishments with Wisła Kraków and his effort in the management of the Biała Gwiazda team.
