Born on 8 April 1983 in Starnberg, Paljić is a German player of Serbian decent. 174 cm tall, Dragan weighs 71 kg and plays as an attacking allrounder. "I can play on any position in the attack but I feel the best on the left wing - My left leg is more capable”, explained the new player of Wisła Kraków.
In the years 2004-2008, while with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, he played the 96 matches scoring 13 goals.

In August 2008, Dragan Paljić transferred to a second league 1. FC Kaiserslautern. Over two years, the footballer played 46 matches scoring three goals. In the 2009/2010 season, which has just ended, Paljić, together with Kaiserslautern, won the promotion to Bundesliga. Now Paljić is a freelancer.
