This is the subsequent auctioning of the championship medal – last year Wisła Krakow transferred the money earned from the auction for care over incurable children at the Centrum Hospicyjnym i Opiekuńczo-Leczniczym dla Dzieci im. Ojca Pio. (Father Pio Hospice and Treatment and Care Center for Children).

Please send your bid offers for the medal to medal@wisla.krakow.pl. The email must include the first and last name of the bidding party along with a contact telephone number and the proposed price. The proposed price must be at least PLN 10 higher than the previous one. The auction ends of 4 November at 12:00 pm. The gold medal winning bidder will be able to pick up the medal personally from Coach Skorża on 6 November, before the match against Legia Warszawa.

The medal was sold for PLN 7,500

All proceeds from the auction will be transferred for the needs of Paweł Kękuś - a disabled Wisła Kraków fan. He was brutally beaten by a group of hooligans eleven years ago.  He was in a coma, from which he awoke after several weeks. Paweł could not see, hear, he couldn’t move or speak. With the help of his mother Jadwiga Kękuś as well as physical therapists, he is slowly getting stronger. After several years he started regaining his sight, speech, and was also able to take his first steps.
