A draw with Flora
Data publikacji: 09-07-2011 17:14Wisła Kraków tied 2:2 with Flora Tallin, the tournament host, in their second match played in the tournament in Tallin. The champions of Estonia took the lead twice but Ivica Iliev equalized twice as well.

The match got off to a bad start for Wisła. As soon as in the 7th minute the White Star lost a goal after Masicev's shot which ended commotion nearby their goal. Then Wisła started laboriously to make up for loss. Although Cracovians prevailed and kept the ball for a longer period of time, they did not generate too many scoring opportunities. At last Iliev directed the ball into the net in the 44th minute. The Serbian player received a pass from making his debut in Wisła's colours Dudu Biton, who acted well in the penalty area and passed the ball to his partner. Even though Ivica struck the ball badly, it found its way to the net.
The second half started badly for Wisła once again. Herrem scored a goal for Flora in the 55th minute when he made a powerful strike onto the goal. Although Jovanović flicked up the ball, which was heading close to the goalpost, the shot was so strong that the ball rolled into the goal. But Iliev equalized once again when he made a header in the 69th minute. Marko Jovanović deserved praise for this action as he carried out a marvellous action on the right side and skillfully passed the ball into the penalty area. Iliev could have attempted to score the third goal which would have given a win for Wisła, but he wasted a good chance in the added time. His header, made after Jovanović's pass, was too light to surprise Pedok.
