The team arrived in the town of Oliva on Sunday evening and since Monday has been training twice a day. So far the only downside to their stay is the cold wind, with a few players already managing to come down with the cold.

Coach Skorża has a group of 26 players at his disposal, including two that are currently being tested: goalkeeper Velimir Zdravkovic and midfielder Handerson. The only player to stay behind in Kraków is Norbert Varga, who is still not 100% ready to start training in the aftermath of his recent knee operation.  There’s a chance the Romanian player will join Wisła during their second training camp. Varga is currently undergoing rehabilitation treatment in Kraków.

Wisła’s first sparring match is set for Thursday when the White Star will face a team from the Spanish 3rd league – Denia. Wisła will play against FC Basel on Sunday, while two days later the team’s players will try their strength against Shakhtar Donetsk. The White Star will face Romanian FC Brasov at the end of their training camp on February 29th.
