Łukasz Garguła was born on 25th February 1981 in Żagań. Łukasz is 177 cm tall and weighs 71 kg. He started his carrier in Piast Iłowa. The new Wisła footballer has so far played 95 matches in the Ekstraklasa representing GSK Bełchatów, scoring 16 goals.

He has excelled on the pitch and was selected to the Polish national team. He scored his first (and so far the only) goal in the national team on September 2nd, 2006 in his debut match against Finland. He later attended thirteen more matched as a national team player guided by Leo Beenhakker. He went to Euro 2008, however, never made it to the pitch. This autumn, he played in a World Cup qualifier against Slovakia and a friendly match against Ireland.
