In the 46th minute, Hanzel made the first shot of the second half, but the midfielder from Gliwice sent the ball above Miśkiewicz’s crossbar. Wisła responded three minutes later, but Burliga’s shot was blocked.

In the 62nd minute, Wisła caused some chaos near Piast’s goal, but the home team managed to knock the ball out of the penalty box. Moments later, Gurrier tried to lob over Szumski, but the shot was too weak. In the 68th minute, Piotr Brożek stopped Gliwice’s counterattack, catching up with Wilczek and taking the ball away from him.

Ten minutes went by before the home team’s next attempt, when Matras’s cross was easily intercepted by Miśkiewicz.
