Wisła Kraków announce their new coach!

Wisła Kraków SA announce Maciej Stolarczyk as new head coach. Radosław Sobolewski, Mariusz Jop and Kazimierz Kmiecik will act as his assistants. 


Maciej Stolarczyk was born on 15 January 1972 in Słupsk where his football career began. Most of his career he spent in the team of Pogoń Szczecin with which he played in 255 official matches. For the first time, Wisła fans had an opportunity to see his skills in 2002 when he signed a contract with the club from Kraków. In 5 years, Maciej ‘Stolar’ Stolarczyk played 156 matches for the White Star contributing to winning the league title in three seasons and conquered fans’ hearts with the toughness and devotion he showed playing.
 
In the past, he worked, among others, as the first coach of the Poland U-20 team. Under his command, they won the prestigious Elite League beating such teams as Italy, Germany and Sweden. 
From today on, Maciej Stolarczyk will have a new sport challeng ahead of him. He will work for 13 times Polish champion. Stolar, welcome again! We wish you luck in your new role!
