Michał Miśkiewicz appeared as Wisła's goalkeeper in this game. Miśkiewicz made his most important parades in the second half, when he stopped Pawłowski's shot and in added time deflected another shot for a corner kick.

After a poor performance in the first half, Wisła quickly scored a goal. After ten minutes in the second half, Daniel Sikorski was tackled in Warta's penalty box. Warta's goalkeeper managed to stop Maor Melikson's shot, but Tsvetan Genkov scored from a successful follow up.

Ten minutes after the goal, the team from Kraków was awarded yet another penalty kick. Adrian Bartkowiak tackled Genkov in his own penalty box. This time, Boguski took the shot. He hit the upright but then immediately jumped for the ball and managed to slot it in. Unfortunately, this goal was not acknowledged, since the rules clearly state that the penalty shot taker may not take another shot if the ball rebounds off the upright.

Until the very end of the game, Warta kept struggling for an equaliser, but despite the effort, the score remained unchanged.
