On January 9th, the White Star players came back to training. The change that has taken place recently is a turning point and has helped the team to keep hoping for the happy ending. “We are waiting to see what will happen, we are still believing. We count on achieving the balance and finding an appropriate way of recovering from the crisis. It is important to get the peace back into the changing room and to be able to focus only on football.”

Getting ready as planned
As expected, the journalists were curious about the plans of the team. “We are getting ready for the next round as planned, the players are training. A few of them like Rafał Boguski, Maciej Sadlok or Jesús Imaz, are recovering from injuries. We know that Dawid Kort signed a new contract in Greece and Zdeněk in the United States. What they showed playing for Wisła captured the interest of foreign clubs. In Myślenice there are players that came back from loan and we are checking if they might be usefull to the team. The preparations will take place here and we have already planned two friendlies: with Stal Mielec and Żylina. We are still looking for another teams.”

I am glad Kuba is here
All the journalists and fans that came to Myślenice got a nice surprise when among the players they saw Jakub Błaszczykowski. One of the most famous Wisła players and and the German club Wolfsburg had agreed to the termination of the winger's contract and the Poland international started to train with the White Star. “I am glad that Kuba shares the dressing room with the rest of the team. Surely, he also will be waiting for what the future will bring. I am experienced in working with the players I used to play with. That’s the case of Paweł Brożek or Rafał Boguski and now also Kuba. It is not a problem for me. Everyone knows their place and their role in the team. We also know the value that Kuba brings.”
