On behalf of the Municipality of Kraków the document was signed by Krzysztof Kowal - Managing Director of Sports Infrastructure in Kraków, and on behalf of Wisła Kraków S.A. - by President Jacek Bednarz and Vice President Maciej Krupa.

Under a lease agreement, valid until 30 June 2015, Wisła Kraków S.A. will have the full use of the field and administrative facilities, as well as the club office and the so-called Fan Zone.

"We are very pleased. The signed agreement is result of several months of negotiations, which were difficult for both sides. However, I can now safely say that it corresponds to the interests of both the City and the Club. It is fair, because we believe it to be equivalent. On behalf of the Wisła Kraków S.A. Managing Board, I would like very much to thank Director Krzysztof Kowal, who had been the good spirit of this enterprise from the very beginning, as well as the employees of the Board of Sports Infrastructure in Kraków directly involved in the negotiation and preparation of contracts. I am confident that we have made the first big step to ensure that the agreement will set the framework for a successful cooperation between Wisła Kraków S.A. with the City in terms of use of the stadium"- President Jacek Bednarz summed up Friday's event.

“I agree with Mr. President Jacek Bednarz, that the agreement is beneficial both to the City and the Club. We have the same objective. We want the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium to brim with excitement 24 hours a day, be the scene of exciting football matches and other attractive events, as well a favorite meeting spot for residents of Kraków and visitors to our town"- said Director Krzysztof Kowal.
