For three years now, the White Star has been unable to defeat Górnik. This situation will unfortunately remain unchanged at least until the Spring round. The game at Reymonta 22 began very favourably for the visitors, who already took the lead in the 8th minute. When Pareiko failed to catch a corner kick, Danch was positioned just right for the shot.

After some 25 minutes of play, Wisła took the initiative, creating at least two perfect chances before half time. Luck, however, was on Górnik's side that day. Both Sikorski and Boguski wasted their opportunities. Three minutes into the second half, Boguski had a chance to equalize from 10 metres, but sent his shot straight at Skorupski.

Górnik responded with a series of corner kicks, one of which gave the team a goal. Nakoulma took the corner kick and Mączyński slotted it in past Pareiko. Ten minutes later, Chavez scored from Garguła's corner kick, giving his team a hope of a comeback, but not even three minutes had passed before Górnik had raised the lead to three. Magiera was one-on-one with Pareiko, but he didn't shoot, instead chipping the ball above the goalie. Milik caught the ball at the far post and slotted it in.
