Cleber joins Wisła!

After almost one-year stay in Terek Grozny, a Russian premier league club, Geudes de Lima Cleber decided to rejoin the White Star team. The Brazilian has signed a new one-year contract with Wisła valid from January 1st 2010.

“I would like to thank the club and the Chairman for letting me in again. I feel like I’m coming home. Thank you all” – said Cleber after he signed the contract.
Geudes de Lima Cleber joined Wisła at the beginning of the 2006/2007 season. He scored his first goal in his Polish league debut, with 9 more goals to follow. In Wisła Kraków, Cleber specialized in penalty shoots, but he is best remembered for his goal in the match against Barcelona. In total, Cleber played in 65 Extraklasa games.
On March 10th 2009, the Brazilian player left Wisła to join Terek Grozny, where he played 18 games in the Russian football league. Cleber scored his first (and only) goal for Terek Grozny in his debut match as well! In early December, Cleber terminated his contract with the Czeczen capital's representative in the Russian premier league.
