The Board of Wisła Kraków SA is now composed of Chairman Ryszard Pilch and four Vice Chairmen. Jacek Bednarz is Vice Chairman for Sports Affairs, Mirosław Pałyga is Vice Chairman for Finance and Economics, Janusz Kozioł is Vice Chairman for PR and Marketing, and Rafał Smalcerz is Vice Chairman for Infrastructure.

Wisła Kraków SA's new Chairman of the Supervisory Council is Mirosław Pawełczyk. Tadeusz Czerwiński is Vice Chairman, Władysław Szyngiera is Member of Supervisory Council, while Genowefa Borkowska is Secretary.
