Where to buy tickets

Advance sale tickets can always be purchased at the “Wiślacki Świat” (Wisła World) store or at the ticket-offices in sector B.  On game days tickets are also available at sector entrances two hours prior to the start of the match.  All information regarding advance ticket sales can be found at www.wisla.krakow.pl

A photo-ID is required in order to purchase a ticket.  A photo-ID along with your PESEL number must be presented during games of heightened risk.  In such cases, you will be appropriately notified by the match announcement and ticket sales information to be found at www.wisla.krakow.pl.

Children aged 10 and below are permitted free entrance on the basis of a document confirming the child’s age.

For the majority of games, the club designates 500 discounted tickets in sector C for youth aged 16 and below.  Information regarding these tickets can be obtained prior to the game on the club’s official website, www.wisla.krakow.pl.  Discounted tickets are available only in cases where all tickets have not been previously sold out.

An electronic fan identification system has been in operation at Wisła Kraków’s stadium since the beginning of 2006.  Entrance to the stadium is granted by placing your ticket or electronic Fan Card up to the scanner located at the entrance gates.  In practice this means that to enter the stadium you must:
· purchase a paper ticket equipped with a bar code or
· load a single ticket in electronic form onto your Fan Card or
· load a season ticket for all league games onto you electronic Fan Card before the start of each round.

In order to obtain a chip card you must fill out and submit a Fan Card application.  The appropriate form can be obtained from the Wiślacki Świat store.  The application can also be downloaded from Wisła Kraków’s server.
